SAGINAW – Dow Credit Union marked a significant milestone in its expansion with the successful opening of its second branch at 5420 Gratiot Rd., Saginaw, Michigan, on September 25, 2023. In less than a year, the branch has welcomed over 500 new members, reflecting a strong community response.
Founded in 1937 and headquartered in Midland, Michigan, Dow Credit Union initially served Dow Chemical Company employees from a single location. It’s exciting to see our membership and deposits grow as more people learn about the excellent products and responsive service we offer,” Goad said. “While we value the convenience of digital banking, our new Saginaw branch has enabled us to build stronger relationships and deliver personalized service.”
The Saginaw branch has exceeded $21 million in deposits, highlighting Dow Credit Union’s dedication to growth and service excellence. As the financial sector evolves with digital advancements and shifting member expectations, Dow Credit Union remains committed to providing personalized experiences and engaging with the community.
Emily Migut, Member Experience Manager, oversees daily operations and the Saginaw team. “Our priority is the financial well-being of our members,” Migut stated. “The community support has been incredible, and we are excited to continue building face-to-face relationships and becoming an integral part of the Saginaw community.”
