Marshall M. Fredericks Sculpture Museum to celebrate 20th annual Saints & Sinners Platinum Gala

SAGINAW – The Marshall M. Fredericks Sculpture Museum at Saginaw Valley State University is set to host its 20th annual “Saints & Sinners” Platinum Gala on Friday, September 27, 2024, from 6:00 PM to 10:00 PM. A cornerstone of the Museum’s fundraising efforts, the Saints & Sinners Gala supports special exhibitions, events, and educational programs. As a museum that offers free admission year-round, events like this gala are crucial in sustaining its services to the Great Lakes Bay Region.

This year’s event marks a significant milestone for the Museum, celebrating two decades of community involvement and support. Megan McAdow, Director of the Marshall M. Fredericks Sculpture Museum, highlighted the importance of the event, stating, “The 20th Annual Saints & Sinners Gala is not just a celebration of our Museum’s history but also a testament to the unwavering support of our community. We are excited to commemorate this milestone and look forward to another unforgettable evening that will further our mission of inspiring and educating through the arts.”

2024 Saints & Sinners Platinum Gala

The gala will feature a cocktail reception with hors d’oeuvres, a gourmet dinner, and live entertainment by the Midland-based band “Empty Canvas.” Guests will also have the opportunity to participate in silent and live auctions, featuring artwork donated by regional artists.
